Status Saver does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. The App does not require account creation, sign-up, or login of any kind.

2. How the App Works

Status Saver accesses only the specific WhatsApp status folder you select on your device, using Android's Storage Access Framework. This access is used solely to display and save status photos, videos, and GIFs that WhatsApp has already cached locally on your device.

All files you choose to save remain stored locally on your own device. Nothing is uploaded to any server, cloud, or third party.

3. Permissions

The App requests only the folder access permission needed to locate and save WhatsApp status files. No contacts, messages, location, camera, microphone, or other device data is accessed or requested.

4. Third-Party Services

Status Saver does not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or any third-party tracking services. No data leaves your device through this App.

5. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect data at all.
